November's edition of Perspectives will cover the topic of food and agriculture, and we'd love to include your thoughts in the Community Space section. As many Americans remember the bountiful tables of Thanksgiving, we want to hear what our readers in the United States and around the world think about food and agriculture in the 21st century.

Among other topics, our upcoming issue will look at the causes of hunger, the global food supply, the future of small farms, the commercialization of food, and buying organic. As always, several of OneWorld's partner organizations will share their opinions about projects and priorities too.

We welcome your thoughts on this important topic. And please do pass this notice around to anyone else you think might be interested in contributing or subscribing! Due to space limitations, comments should be limited to ~75-100 words, but additional links to longer pieces are welcome (and encouraged).

Please share your thoughts by commenting below by Monday, November 6. Please include your name, location (country/state/town), and your organization's name/Web site if you want us to include it with your comment.

Short of ideas on what to contribute?

How about a personal insight, a quote, a success story, a "lessons learned" tip, or a new take on the topic not covered by the mainstream media?

Or, try answering one of these questions:
- Do you think we give enough thought to where our food comes from?
- What are your thoughts about the links between agriculture and poverty?
- What do you think of genetically modified foods? Organic food? Locally grown food?
- Do we need global food supply chains to feed everyone?
- How can small farmers be more supported? Should they be?
- Are there any particular programs that have inspired you?

We look forward to hearing your views and, potentially, including them in the next issue of Perspectives! All thoughts and ideas are welcome!
